Barb has been actively involved in health and wellness for over 25 years. Since graduating from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 1999, she established a boutique spa and wellness centre at the Fernie Alpine Resort and operated as a registered massage therapist in various clinical settings. As a volunteer massage therapist she has traveled twice to East Africa. Barb has completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at the Sivananda Ashram and in Kundalini yoga at Semperviva. Barb's passion stems from a life-long journey to obtain and maintain optimal health and balance in her own life while sharing her knowledge for the well-being of others. Barb combines Swedish massage, myofascial release and neuromuscular therapy to create an effective treatment.
